Menu Selections

  • Menu selections and prices noted in this planner are valid until June 1, 2007
  • Please be sure to add 6% Connecticut State Tax and 20% service gratuity to any food or beverage item you are considering.
  • A Station Style Dinner is an Option, which consist of various food station stations in different areas of the Banquet Room you have chosen. Guests visit each station at their leisure and will enjoy the creativity this type of atmosphere offers. There is a minimum of 50 guests required and Four Stations must be selected.
  • Cocktail Receptions might we suggested selecting Hors d'oeuvres for your guests 5-7 pieces per person before dinner and in lieu of dinner 10-12 pieces per person. We can also enhance your Cocktail Reception with adding an Action Station.
  • We ask that a maximum of two entrees be selected for plated luncheons and/or dinner events.
  • Our Executive Chef stands ready to accommodate any special dietary requests.

Guaranteed Attendance Count

  • A guaranteed attendance count is required 5 days before your event.
  • This guarantee is not subject to reduction.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required after the menu is completed payable to MSG-CT. Final count should be in 72 hours prior to the event. The remaining balance is due a week prior to the event. If a function is scheduled within a two weeks of the event day, the full amount will be needed to secure the event. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Rentals

  • As we can accommodate from 1 to 4000 some rental fees may be applied to groups larger than 200. Please check with your Catering Sales person about specific rental fees.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your food and beverage order, please contact your Catering Sales Contact. If your cancellation request is made at least 72 hours prior to the event, all deposits will be forfeited.
