Veterans Memorial Coliseum
We pride ourselves on attention to our customers. Plenty of parking (on-site and nearby), ongoing facility improvements, and a highly trained event staff make attending events in the Veterans Memorial Coliseum enjoyable and memorable experiences for all. Recent facility upgrades include 16,500 new Coliseum seats and the addition of a state of the art sound system-making every event a spectacular presentation. Concerts
Virtually every musical artist or group who has toured the United States since 1975 has performed on our stage. We have presented over 550 concerts by more than 250 different performers, including The Rolling Stones, Neil Diamond, CSNY, Grateful Dead, Reba McIntyre, Tina Turner, Paul McCartney, Madonna, Bette Midler, Luciano Pavarotti, Billy Joel, Elton John, U2, Eric Clapton, Rod Stewart, Andrea Bocelli, Janet Jackson, Yanni, *NSYSC, Britney Spears, Green Day and Bon Jovi to name a few.
Special Events
College graduations, political conventions, World Figure Skating Championships, basketball exhibitions, championship boxing, NCAA Tournament, World Wrestling Entertainment's WrestleMania XI, "Spin Alley" for the 1996 Presidential Debate, Tony Robbins, and various religious conventions.

XL Center security personnel, ushers, ticket takers and guest service representatives are well trained and - due to our busy year-round lineup of events - highly experienced in providing support services. Whether a guest is trying to find a seat, has a question, or makes a special request, these event professionals are easy to spot, quick to respond and eager to help.

Customer Service
The key to an enjoyable experience is in the details. That's why we strive to accommodate all of our guests with extensive and efficiently run services from the first contact with us through the event itself. All personnel must go through our "Fans First" training program that focuses on customer service.

The Civic Center has attached mall parking as well as nearby outdoor lots. Special rate arrangements can be made for Exhibitors.
