The Exhibition Center's appeal is universal. Over 68,000 square feet of flexible space in our Assembly Hall, Exhibition Halls and nine meeting rooms have attracted nearly 350,000 attendees a year to every imaginable type of consumer and trade show. Enthusiasts enjoy events such as Papermania, Bridal Expo, Snowsports Expo, Record Convention, Star Talent Competition, CT Groundskeepers Convention, 1st Company Governor's Foot Guard Dog Show… and many more.

XL Center security personnel, ushers, ticket takers and guest service representatives are well trained and - due to our busy year-round lineup of events - highly experienced in providing support services. Whether a guest is trying to find a seat, has a question, or makes a special request, these event professionals are easy to spot, quick to respond and eager to help.

Customer Service
The key to an enjoyable experience is in the details. That's why we strive to accommodate all of our guests with extensive and efficiently run services from the first contact with us through the event itself. All personnel must go through our "Fans First" training program that focuses on customer service.
Parking
The Civic Center has attached mall parking as well as nearby outdoor lots. Special rate arrangements can be made for Exhibitors
