Important Notice
Tickets for events at the XL Center may be purchased in person at our Box Office, through our Group Sales office, online through the Ticketmaster website, at all Ticketmaster Outlets, or by calling Ticketmaster at (860-525-4500, 203-744-8100) or through entities affiliated with the specific event. Please be advised that we cannot vouch for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source. Counterfeit and other invalid tickets will not be honored by the XL Center. Also, note that tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are subject to Ticketmaster service fees on top of the cost of the ticket.
Please note: The XL Center Box Office does not sell tickets to an event on the first day tickets are on-sale. Please note if tickets for an event sell out the first day of sale, then there will be no tickets available for sale at the XL Center Box Office.

Please note that all shows, showtimes, dates, prices and line-ups are subject to change without notice.
The XL Center Box Office is located in the Civic Center Mall outside the Main Entrance to the arena, on the corner of Asylum and Trumbull street. The XL Center Box Office sells tickets exclusively for the XL Center and is not a Ticketmaster outlet. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets and the Box Office does not accept any incoming phone calls. Box Office Hours of Operation
Regular Season: Monday - Friday 12:00pm to 5:00pm
On event days, the Box Office will remain open until 1 hour after the beginning of the event. For weekend events, the Box Office will open 4 hours prior to the event start
Age Requirement
All individuals 24 months or older must possess a valid ticket for entry into the XL Center. Children under two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for most events, as long as they sit on a lap. Please note specific events require children 12 months or older to posses a ticket and will be noted within event details
Methods of Payment

- Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners.
(A photo ID MUST be presented with the credit card payment)
- NO CHECKS accepted.
If you are picking up tickets purchased in advance, you must present photo ID. There is no third party will call or alternate pickup accepted at the XL Center Box Office.

There are many events at the XL Center that offer group discounts, generally for 20 or more people. Your group can consist of employees, youths, social club or church members, senior citizens, or simply friends & family. The process for ordering group tickets is very easy.

This is what you do:
When ordering tickets, please provide us with the following:
EVENT, DATE, TIME, NUMBER OF TICKETS, TICKET PRICE SELECTED, GROUP LEADER, GROUP NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE (day & evening) and EMAIL ADDRESS.
- Contact the Group Sales Department at (860) 548-2000, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9AM - 5PM to confirm show dates, times and group rates. Orders into the Group Sales Department are processed on first come, first serve basis, so be sure to order early!
- All group sales orders and reservations must be processed through the Group Sales Department and can be placed over the phone, by mail, email, or in person (by appointment only). So that we can better assist patrons with disabilities, when placing an order, please specify whether any member(s) of your group are disabled or confined to a wheelchair.
- Payment on all group reservations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. All group reservations will be cancelled if payment is not received by the specified date.
- Once your payment is received, additional seats may be purchased. However, seating will be based on availability and not necessarily the location of the original group. Additional purchases must be placed at least 72 hours prior to the event or 72 hours prior to the first show in a run, as the case may be.
- All sales are final once payment is received. There are no exchanges or refunds.
- Tickets can be mailed to your organization once a payment has been received. If you would like to pick up the tickets in person at the Group Sales office, please call and make arrangements 24 hours prior to pick up. If someone other than the Group Leader is picking up the tickets, please alert your Account Executive. We will not release tickets to anyone else without prior authorization by the Group Leader.

Ticket Information
Tickets for patrons with disabilities, subject to availability, may be purchased over the phone by calling (860) 249-7528, any weekday during normal business hours, or at the XL Center Box Office. For TTY Hearing Impaired reservations, please call (860) 549-7706.
Access Information
Arena - For your safety, we recommend that you arrive at the XL Center one hour before the event time as you will be proceeding in the arena, part of the way, with the general public. Regardless of the section marked on your ticket, please proceed to the Guest Services entrance located at the Main Entrance (Trumbull Street) of the XL Center to the left of the XL Center Box Office windows. If you are holding tickets for floor seats (Sections 1-9), proceed to the elevator located behind Section 121. Please be aware that our XL Center personnel are available to assist you whenever possible. At the elevator you will be asked to present your ticket and an usher will assist you to your seat location.
Exhibition Center - Please proceed to the XL Center Box Office and ask a Box Office representative for assistance to the Exhibition Center. Please be aware that our XL Center personnel are available to assist you whenever possible. Please proceed to the elevator located down the hallway to the left of the XL Center Box Office windows (through the double doors). Once at the elevator please have your tickets available to present to XL Center staff. A staff member will then escort you to the Exhibition Center.
